The Process Breakdown

⚠️ Note: NEET Registration is 1 time only before Round 1!

Step 1: Registration & Application

  1. Visit the official KNRUHS website: knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
  2. Register online and fill in the application form for Competent Authority Quota (CQ) or Management Quota (MQ).
  3. Upload all necessary certificates for online verification (e.g., NEET Rank Card, Caste Certificate, Domicile).
  4. Pay the registration and processing fee online.

Step 2: Certificate Verification & Merit List

KNRUHS verifies the uploaded certificates. Candidates will be notified if any corrections are required.

  • Provisional Merit List: Displays the state rank for eligible candidates.
  • Final Merit List: Issued after the grievance redressal period.

Step 3: Exercising Web Options

Candidates must log in to the portal and exercise their web options (college choices) before the deadline.

  • One-Time Option Entry: Generally, options exercised once might be considered for subsequent phases unless notified otherwise. Verify current year guidelines.
  • Lock your choices securely.

Step 4: Counselling Phases

The typical phases of online counselling:

  • Phase 1: Initial allotment. If allotted, you must pay the university fee and report to the college.
  • Phase 2: Upgradation round for candidates wishing to slide to a better option.
  • Mop-up Phase: For remaining vacant seats. Fresh rules often apply regarding sliding.
  • Stray Vacancy Round: Final round to fill the leftover seats.

Step 5: Allotment & Admission

Provisional Allotment

If you secure a seat, pay the university fee online to download the Provisional Allotment Order.

Admission

Report to the principal of the allotted college with original certificates and pay the requisite college fees.
